You will work with private clients or corporate and insti- tutional clients. In some business areas you will provide comprehensive advisory services to wealthy private clients and become one of their most trusted advisors for all of their nancial and wealth management issues. In other business areas you will advise owners of small, medium and large companies, as well as large institutional clients such as pension funds or insurance companies. You will be trained to become a relationship manager or you will work as a client account manager, sales or investment specialist.
You will act as an internal consultant and help plan and manage projects for a speci c business area or division. You will help develop the business strategy and process ow, and provide product support. You will also help to optimize processes, and gain insights into the tools used to implement nancial controls.
You will be involved in the planning, coordination and management of staff and business resources, and will support senior management with day-to-day tasks. You will also analyze nancial data that is used to provide guid- ance and strategic advice to the head of a department.
You will learn about the products and services that we offer in our Investment Banking and Capital Markets business, including sales and execution, advisory, origi- nation and capital raising services. You will help clients across regions and industries in achieving their strategic and nancing goals. You will work in areas such as Sales & Trading or Mergers & Acquisitions.
You will learn about product life cycle management and gain in-depth product and market knowledge. You will col- laborate on the development of new, distinctive products or processes. You will also help de ne the core analysis and the steps needed for the successful introduction of products.
You will help manage equity and xed income portfolios, mutual funds or highly specialized products in various asset classes for private clients, companies, institutions and governments. You may also work on investment strategy or asset allocation guidelines for clients and internal stakeholders
You will analyze information on recent economic develop- ments and global nancial markets, and help create research publications for our clients. You will be respon- sible for challenging research, analysis and modeling. You will also interact with internal and external contacts to exchange or gather information.
You will learn about the nance, accounting and controlling functions of the bank, and work on nancial invoicing, accounting and consolidated reporting. You will also participate in strategic planning and evaluate the effective- ness of internal controls.

You will learn about our risk management function, and develop an understanding of how to identify, analyze and assess risk. If you join our Credit Risk Management team, you will learn how to make credit decisions, and how to handle loans and nancing for private clients, companies and institutions. If you choose to work in a Business Risk Management role, you will identify risks derived from banking activities and help implement measures to prevent, eliminate or mitigate losses. You will also help monitor outcomes/risk levels for various business lines.]
You will have the chance to participate in the day-to-day work of a modern human resources (HR) department. You will work on strategic HR projects, be part of a recruiting team, or be involved in the implementation of HR processes. You can also choose to work for our Branding & Marketing team, where you will learn about best practices in marketing and communications, including branding, strategic marketing, advertising, marketing research and event planning.
You will gain comprehensive insight into the legal respon- sibilities inherent in the nancial world. You will help advise internal clients on legal matters, work on legal projects or manage business/enterprise-wide compliance and regula- tory matters.

We offer a combination of practical experience and structured on- and off-the-job training.
