What does "Trainee Program the IKEA way" mean?

During the Trainee Program you will

• lead a small group of people and you are fully responsible for your own area already from the beginning
• be supported and coached by experienced managers
• pass a well founded training program with strong link to the job
• take an active part in the trainee program to become Team Leader
• participate the traineeship in one of our stores where the trainee program is offered
• after 12 months traineeship take over a Team Leader function in a store
