To ensure our long-term success, we are implementing an agile and skill-based Strategic Workforce Planning Framework to proactively anticipate and rapidly adapt to evolving skill needs towards achieving our Ten-Year / 2030 ambitions - always with the purpose of 'improving patients' lives.
Would you enjoy playing a key role in shaping and implementing the OneRoche Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Framework to the wider organization across a global project portfolio in close collaboration with the IWS Chapter, other P&C Chapters, IWS Partners, P&C Business Partners and various business areas across Roche?
We are looking for two Interns for 6-month periods:
1. Business Engagement, Evolve & Change Workstream
2. Skills, Data & Technology Workstream
In this roles, you will either:
Work with Business Engagement, Evolve & Change Workstream to shape and iterate the SWP Framework
Develop communication materials for the project, including gSite development and maintenance, Currents posts, People Portal content, SWP Global Communications and etc.
Help repurpose and integrate available content for multiple channels and ensure that messaging and stories are coherent and consistent
Support other topics / activities as needed
or
Work with Skills, Data & Technology Workstream to define an organizational skills model / philosophy/ guiding principles that aligns with our OneRoche SWP Framework
Support translating data & technology needs and requirements into an RFI / RFP for a Strategic Workforce Planning tool and vendor selection
Collaborate with other workstreams to identify and define implications a skill-based SWP approach has on our SWP practices / tools, change & communication strategy and capability building approach
Support other topics / activities as needed
