• An exciting and broad internship position in the International Trading Solutions Cross Asset Execution department which resides in Global Markets division
• Reporting directly to the resort head International Locations, who is responsible for functional and risk management of 9 international locations in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas
• Assisting the department head in International Locations related matter and working closely with the related COO team and International location desk heads on diverse cross border activities
• Tasks will be mainly related to management/business support matters, with primary focus on functional management topics (e.g. setting up and joining functional management calls with the locations as active member, writing meeting minutes, producing supporting documentation for different management levels, providing ad hoc support and analysis) and risk management topics (e.g. following up on incidents, coordinating topics between different stakeholders such as Business Risk Management, Compliance and Business Support functions from front to back departments)

• University student majoring in Communications, Economics, International Business or similar area
• Interest in working closely with Senior Management with an interest in Management Support
• Interest in International Securities Business and Risk Management
• Advanced Microsoft application user skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent Communication skills in written and verbal English and German, any other language is an asset
• Keen perception with strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to assert oneself
• Open minded, strong soft skills and real team worker with a sense of humor and client service attitude
