The team ?Learning & Development? and ?Leadership & Culture? is part of the Human Resources function ? we welcome applicants who are looking for an exciting role in a dynamic environment. Based in our Zurich office, this role includes a variety of administrative and supporting tasks within the Deloitte Learning function. The key parts of the role are: You will be supporting the Learning & Development and the Leadership & Cultur team in various projects and HR initiativesYou will be supporting the teams as a program managers and will be working closely with a variety of our service lines and stakeholdersYou will be dealing with administrative support of a number of training courses, event activities and small projectsYou will be supporting and facilitating on-site training activities and assessment days, primarily in our Zurich office (e.g event administration, material production, scheduling courses, managing participant attendance, ad-hoc activities)You will be involved in monitoring and analysing data and based on the outcome defining an action plan Your profile You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or you are a student at a University or FH (completed at least 4 semesters of study). First HR experience would be an advantage.You work independently and have a proactive working styleYou pay a lot of attention to detail and have strong organisation skillsYou have strong social skills as well as excellent communication skills You have advanced excel skills and are familiar with useing it for data analysis You are fluent in German and have advanced English skills
