  • Supporting and developing key internal mobility/diversity recruitment activities including Internals First, and Real Returns and helping build awareness of mobility tools and programs
  • Creating and executing events across the experienced and campus portfolio including Career Forums for internal applicants, campus events (virtual and on site) and marketing campaigns across all levels
  • Maintaining metrics around events, initiatives and tools ensuring that performance of initiatives can be effectively tracked and analysed to ensure optimisation of channels
  • Interacting with key partners both internally and externally and developing effective collaborations. These will include Career Services, university clubs, experienced and campus job boards, and virtual channels
  • Tracking market intelligence reports to ensure clear view on Credit Suisse market positioning and identifying areas for future focus
  • Coordinating multiple communication channels and creating materials for these channels including online, social media and print forums
  • Developing and delivering presentations, business proposals and documentation to support channel management strategies and create visibility for the function and key initiatives

  • Experience in HR, a business support function, or communications/marketing
  • Strong project management skills would be an asset
  • Demonstrable track record in planning and organizing events including developing new and unique approaches
  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate very clearly and your strong social and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate and partner with multiple parties to deliver projects and initiatives interact
  • You speak fluent German and you have a sound working knowledge of English
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and a result oriented mind set who shows flexibility and is open to changes with focus on improvement
