You have a creative mind and stellar writing skills? You enjoy telling and developing stories on topics like start-ups, education and AI? As Copywriter / PR Manager, you are part of a young, dynamic team at the core of digital transformation and innovation. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Copywriting
- Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. blog posts, newsletters, website, social media)
- Conducting interviews with external partners to develop blog content
- Coordinate with partner communications teams from blog commissioning, feedback to sign-off
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Support editorial planning and maintain editorial calendar
- Manage an external team of freelance copywriters ensuring coordination and on time delivery
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
Media
- Follow-up on media enquiries and support in liaising with PR agency
- Drafting press releases, capturing and approving quotes (German, English)
- Support in media invitations for our events and coordinating interviews
- Update website media section and showcase media coverage on webpage

Our expectations
- You have a bachelor's degree in Journalism / Communication (Uni / FH)
- As well as 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the field of communications, copywriting, journalism, PR
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with different stakeholders, such as our members, partners, the executive and steering committee
- Great interest in digital transformation in Switzerland, innovation and technology
- German native speaker is a must, fluent in English (primary writing language)
- A high level of commitment and energy, and the ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
