Your challenges:

• We want your opinion! How would you decide and act in situations a CEO faces every day? During the month of your internship, your place is next to Nicole Burth who will challenge you and involve you whenever she takes a decision.
• You represent The Adecco Group Switzerland as CEO for One Month at national events together with Nicole Burth. You accompany her to various internal and external meetings, panels, conferences etc.
• You participate in the global CEO for One Month programme. To do so, you prepare and present a business case on a relevant HR subject. If you are among the best 10 countryCEOs for One Month worldwide, you get to participate in the global CEO for One Month boot camp and meet nine fellow interns from around the globe. As such, you are one step closer to become the global CEO for One Month who will accompany Alain Dehaze, CEO of The Adecco Group, for one month in fall 2018.

Submit your online application from 6 February to 17 April 2018 for the most informative internship in Switzerland. In a multi-stage selection process, the selection committee – consisting of five members of the executive board of The Adecco Group Switzerland – will then select their five leading candidates. They will be invited to an Assessment Day in Zürich, where they will have to prove that they have the makings of a CEO. If you are the winner, then a position as “Swiss CEO for One Month 2018” will await you, and with it an exciting, challenging and, above all, extremely instructive month at the side of Nicole Burth.

The challenge will then continue on an international level during the internship month as Swiss CEO for One Month. All 48 country CEOs for One Month compete for the title of Global CEO for One Month. They will have to master a range of challenges and prove their leadership skills. A boot camp in a global metropolis beckons for the ten finalists, where they will have to convince the international selection committee of their worth. The Global CEO for One Month then spends a month alongside Alain Dehaze, CEO of The Adecco Group, travelling with him to meetings, conventions, and events around the world; this is truly the basis for a turbo-charged career launch.
