Your role

• As a finance trainee you are responsible for:
• Compiling statistics and best estimate basics for assessing biometric risks (mortality, longevity, disability), costs and other life insurance risks
• Automation and improvement of processes
• Communication of the results and their effects
• Analysis of different biometric risks

• Bachelor or Master (university or technical college) in scientific orientation, Statistics / Mathematics / Physics, with above-average academic performance
• First experience international environment (studies and / or practical experience)
• Experienced users knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Very good command of German and English (Advanced; level C1 / C2), French would be an asset
• interest in the insurance industry and willingness insurance business from the ground up learn
• motivation, commitment and initiative
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a quick understanding and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Strong social skills and communication skills
• Team and customer orientation
