Your new responsibilities  

• Collaborate in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic user research studies
• Synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
• Oversee and update the user research repository and knowledge base, ensuring resources remain organized, accessible, and up to date
• Contribute to the development and optimization of research tools, templates, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and workflow
• Manage and screen participant pools for various research studies, ensuring that recruitment aligns with specific study requirements and criteria

Your skills  

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Economics or another research-focused field
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Structured and independent working style
• Excellent communication abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
