Our multinational and diverse M&A Restructuring, Integration and Separation Advisory Team (RISA) supports our clients in successfully creating value from Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures & Carve-outs, and from complex Transformations. We are successfully anchoring our work across three key dimensions:

? Strategic programme advisory to set priorities and drive impact across an organization;

? Positioning value creation left, right and centre in everything we do: we build financial value cases for a transaction or transformation and establish a direct link to operational initiatives;

? Pairing our leading sector capabilities in Life Sciences, Consumer, Industrials Products and Financial Services with in-depth functional expertise, incl. IT, Commercial, Supply Chain or HR

What really sets us apart is our end-to-end M&A and Transformation capability: We work hand-in-hand with our practice colleagues in Financial Advisory and Consulting, collaborating together across Deal Advisory, Due Diligence, Valuation or Data Analytics. We also closely work with experts from our Consulting, Tax & Legal, Audit and Risk Advisory teams to embed Cyber advisory, Finance and ERP Transformation or Tax and Legal structuring in our M&A and transformation projects.

How you can make an impact

? Work with global companies and our over 70 experts in our team on complex M&A transactions and transformations: from operational and synergy due diligence to operating model design and operational value creation planning and execution;

? Your work is diverse, and focus will vary by deal and combines senior stakeholder and programme management with analytical tasks;

? Get exposure to functional and sector knowledge by developing tangible advice for sales & marketing, IT, finance, human resources, real estate, supply chain or legal topics across four main sectors: Life Sciences, Consumer, Industrials Products, Financial Services;

? Receive valuable on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring from like-minded colleagues in your teams, and benefit from the extensive learning resources at Deloitte;

What we are looking for

? Evidence of working collaboratively in a team with strong inter-personal skills;

? Curious, highly motivated to contribute, learn and get challenged;

? Strong problem-solving skills and able to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions;

? Bachelor's or Master's degree from a renowned university;

? First relevant experience either from extra-curricular activities ora business role in a consulting firm, corporate or private equity organisation; and/or technical experience in engineering or project management;

? Fluent in English (both verbally and written). German and/or French skills are strongly desired;

? Available to start in July 2022 for 6 months
