Key responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate Workshops and Networking Events
Cover a minimum of consulting sessions (e.g. Job Application advices, career development, coping skills, Fuel50)
Onboard and train new volunteers
Keep the global volunteer community informed, engaged and motivated
Communications activities (e.g. updating the website, sharing updates in the community)
Gathering feedback from customers, take actions to adapt and improve continuously
Support us with different HR projects
Who you are
Enrolled student with focus on HR, psychology, communications or related fields.
Moreover you are
Your working style is organized, self-reliant and team-oriented
Able to motivate, integrate and influence people
Strong communication skills
Coaching experience and experience in stakeholder management is a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English is required, additional German skills would be an asset

We are offering one internship position, preferably starting in September (or earlier) for 12 months.
