The Global MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) & Engineering (PTT) is responsible for ensuring that PT stays at the forefront of technology in our facilities and supports our robust processes & efficient operations. Our focus is integrating product health, process health with equipment fit for purpose and facility readiness in support of the manufacturing network.
You will be part of PTT Strategy & Business Excellence group supporting key activities to enable the organization to fulfill its mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter deeply curious and energized by learning. You should be comfortable with working through ambiguity and are able to prioritize and manage multiple demands and commitments.
In this position you will:
Partner closely with MSAT/Engineering Network and various stakeholders to provide the support for change management activities
Support, facilitate and coordinate PTT initiatives to materialize value delivery
Contribute to building functional excellence and continuous improvement within the space of project management with agile methodologies
Support harmonization of business processes across sites and departments by propagating enterprise common standards and solutions.
Partner with the Communications and the other teams to evolve the organization culture of new ways of working.
To be successful in this role you bring the following:
You have excellent spoken and written command of English.
You have project management skills with a tool-set of methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.)
You are driven to innovate and often challenge the status quo with new ways of working that increase efficiency and add greater value
You thrive in complex situations and are able to radically simplify them
You are motivated to build, manage and foster relationships and networks
You demonstrate commitment to culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application.
