Your contribution to KPMG

Support comprehensive, large-scale Compliance & Anti-Fraud transformation engagements
Play a key role from visioning and framework development through future state validation, controls deployment, and evolution across all three lines of defense
Manage large-scale projects focusing on Anti-Fraud / Financial Crime risks & controls
Addressing regulatory requirements by building effective, future-proof frameworks and operating models
Involvement in system integration support including regulatory requirements gathering, controls mapping, application configuration & testing, reports/interfaces/conversions/extensions/forms/workflow development & testing
Show entrepreneurial mindset and develop new business ideas
Put your talents to use and drive innovation

Dein Profil, um gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen

Preferably a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or Economics, ideally with a specialization in Compliance, Anti-Fraud or Financial Crime
First practical experience (2+ years) in Project Management and Compliance and/or Anti-Fraud and/or Financial Crime
Good understanding of the key Banking Compliance processes and of the trends and innovations in the Compliance function
Highly interested in project management and working with stakeholders across all three lines of defense
Ability to translate complex business/regulatory challenges into solutions, covering functional expertise, technology and operating model design
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, communication and analytical skills; able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
Proficient English skills are required, good German skills are a plus
