This role supports the coordination of key planning activities and the periodic performance reporting activities as well as EPM project work of Group Planning and Performance Reporting until September 30, 2023. The role holder will be closely working with the Planning and Reporting Managers with clear focus on data handling & digitalization
What you will do
- Manage selected planning and performance reporting activities, including analysis of data, gathering input from relevant stakeholders and preparation of core PPM deliverables
- Ensure a consistent application of KPI metrics by BUs across core PPM systems (InsightZ and EPM)
- Maintain use cases with data wrangling aspects (combining core finance data with other data sets for analysis purposes)
- Improve operational excellence by harmonizing, automating, standardizing and streamlining existing data sets for all GPPM related products
- Improve data quality and ensure state-of-the-art data management by driving the development of scalable PowerBI and SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Be responsible for the financial analysis and research on ad-hoc topics to support performance reporting and planning activities
- Support the quarterly reporting to Senior Management
What you will bring
- Practical experience in digital reporting and visualization implementations
- SAP analytics cloud reporting skills, based on existing models
- Advanced reporting and visualization skills (IBCS standards & templates) to create or adjust dashboards
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting processes and architecture
- Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform and BW4/HANA data bases, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and dedication to the internal customer
- Experience with Power BI, SAP HANA, Excel and Power Point are essential
- Very good English skills (Spoken and written); additional languages would be an advantage
