How you can make an impact
As a Consultant at Deloitte Digital you will:
· Apply Design Thinking and other user-centric methodologies to identify problems and ideate solutions
· Learn how to translate abstract concepts into a digital product in an agile manner
· Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (i.e. designers, developers, business analysts,etc)
· Support our clients in conceptualizing and implementing innovative end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels ? always with end-user needs in mind
· Work with different tools and technologies, such as Abstract, Sketch, AzureDevOps, JIRA, Miro, Mural, Nintendo Switch and many more

Who we are looking for
· A university Master's degree in business/economics, computer science or other STEM subjects
· 1 ? 3 years of work experience within a digital context; in consulting, a startup or a big company
· High degree of flexibility ? every day is different and unexpected
· A willingness to do what it takes in order to get stuff done
· A proactive, creative and curious mindset
· A team player who interacts smoothly with people from diverse background and helps out the team when needed
· A natural presenter with strong communication skills
· Proficiency in English is required, German or French is a strong advantage
