• In your role as Consultant, you will work on IT and technology related topics covering integrations, carve-outs, corporate restructuring and other types of M&A transactional engagements in project teams directly with our clients
• You will be exposed to a variety of industries (e.g. life sciences, mobility and automotive, industrial products, etc.) and technologies
• You will be working on a wide range of IT-related strategy and M&A transactions topics (e.g. IT exit readiness, IT due diligence, IT operating model design, IT integration and separation blueprint design, etc.)
• You will play a key role in gathering / analyzing information and communicating recommendations
• You will compile and present information verbally, visually and in writing
• You will implement and execute client recommendation in collaboration with the project teams to fulfill project goals
• You will help maintain professional relationship with our clients at appropriate levels
• You will help build an open and inclusive work environment

• A degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field
• At least 1-2 years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience
• IT experience including infrastructure, applications, databases and networks
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting
• Sharp analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Exceptional team player who is able to work with people at all levels in an organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and German. French a strong plus
• Ability and willingness to travel
