As a result of the increase in globalisation and global reach of companies, employment matters are becoming more and more complex. One of the greatest challenges that a company faces today is ensuring global compliance with tax laws and the various social insurance and employment law provisions.
The Global Employer Services (GES) team, as part of the Deloitte Tax & Legal department, provides multi-national companies with targeted advice and strategies for running Global Mobility programs in an efficient manner with respect to tax and social security costs in order to successfully manage local and global challenges.
What you can expect from us
- After receiving a focused and detailed introduction, you will work independently within the Individual Tax team.
- You will be responsible for the initiation of tax services as well support in creating tax returns for individuals of our clients within our global network.
- You will create tax comparisons and forecasts for our clients.
- You will prepare and review tax invoices and assessments.

Your qualifications
- You have a degree in commercial education or a bachelor degree with strong numerical and analytical skills; experience in the field of tax would be an advantage.
- You enjoy working methodically and with great attention to detail.
- You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment and happy to work independently.
- You have excellent social skills and enjoy working with different people from various fields.
- You have a good knowledge of the main computer programmes
- You communicate confidently in French and English.
