Internship in Brand Design/Brand Management

Roche Diagnostics Centralised & Point of Care Solutions (CPS) is looking for an energetic and dynamic Brand Design Intern to join the team. The Brand Design Intern will be an integral part of the Internal & External Communication team, working on creating, driving and executing Brand Design and Media Production specialities for CPS Marketing campaigns, programs, initiative and help to further develop Roche product brands.

This internship in Roche Diagnostics' CPS Internal & External Communication organization in Rotkreuz, offers you the unique opportunity to learn more about global brand management. You will be part of the team that manages global product brands.

You will work closely together with the International Brand Designer and International Brand Manager as well as with International Digital Marketing Manager and Communication Leads.

Your main tasks would include:

• Support with developing, designing, updating and publishing the branding framework and infrastructure (e. g. brand design and the respective guidelines, photography, graphics, iconography, packaging, layouts, templates, digital asset adaptation, animation and video) for the CPS business area
• Support with internal stakeholder consulting in implementing Roche brand design consistently worldwide (e. g., collaborating with other marketing teams/cross-departmental teams)
• Support with CPS marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives to create various marketing assets for affiliates around the world

Depending on your background and interests, this role will also give you the opportunity to work on additional projects:

• Support with the creation of short-form and long-form digital content

Ideally, you fulfil the following criteria:

This role is open to students with skills in graphic, digital, film and/or user interface design. Background and interest in Brand Management and applying this in your approach to designing assets and supporting stakeholders is ideal.

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree in the fields as described above
• Good knowledge in graphic design, digital and social media (e.g. image editing, creation and adaptation of iconography, film editing, creation of simple animations)
• Understanding of digital images (resolution, image sizes, color mode, responsiveness)
• Excellent spoken and written command of English
• Quick learner and able to work independently with little guidance
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Creative, innovative mindset as well as able to organize work self-reliantly and structured
