  EY NextGen Women is a dynamic two-stage competition designed to empower female students to take their first steps into the world of Strategy and Transactions or Consulting at EY. Challenge your technical abilities in a collaborative group setting and showcase your individual skills during our Swiss competition, taking place online on May 14th and in-person at our Zurich office on May 15th, 2025.
  
  Country winners will be invited to attend the global finals in fall 2025, where they will collaborate to solve a case study, culminating in the announcement of the EY NextGen Women global winners.
  
  This competition is open to all female students in their final year of Bachelor or Master studies who are interested in Strategy and Transactions or Consulting.
