• You a challenging role in which you support the Global Market Data analyst in the global compensation benchmarking processes
• Organization of multiple global annual market data surveys including executive benchmarking and local specific survey participation
• Working on the market data for over 200 salary structures and advising on incentive and total compensation trends
• Organizing market salary trend data and preparing base pay projections for the compensation department and for the salary structure process
• Preparing the market data reports, collecting and reviewing the market data, calculating the quartiles and develop the location and business specific bands
• Managing and maintaining the global market data file, providing the compensation department with all relevant information to enable them to make compensation decisions
• Assisting the Corporate Functions Compensation Analysts in the Year End compensation process
