? You will manage and coordinate the hiring process for our permanent Deloitte transfers moving from worldwide to our Swiss firm.
? You will coordinate between HR, all business lines and our mobility teams worldwide as well as external agencies.
? You will support our case manager in daily compliance processes for foreign Deloitte employees working on client projects in Switzerland, as well as domestic employees working abroad.
? You will assist on advisory regarding Swiss immigration, tax and social security issues in collaboration with our internal specialists.
? You will ensure the compliant and customer-oriented handling of our processes as well as the deputies within the Swiss Mobility Team.
? You have a commercial degree or comparable education.
? You have 3-4 years professional experience in (international) personnel management or in a comparable position.
? You have a basic understanding of the Swiss labour and immigration law.
? Able to deal with a high volume workload with a high service orientation.
? You have strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
? You thrive working in a very dynamic team as well as independently within a high demanding work environment.
? Fluent/excellent command of German and English (oral and written).
? Exceptional IT-user knowledge (MS Office environment).
