Measurement and Insights is an essential part of Zurich Insurance Group Marketing. This team works very closely with Group Functions, as well as with local markets to shape and fuel growth brand growth and support strategic initiatives around communication and innovation. Market Insights is also at the core of brand campaigns; giving guidance to our brand strategy team at different development gates through, frameworks, evaluation, insights, and consistently representing the voice of the consumer.
We are looking for a Market Insights intern. In this corporate center role, the successful candidate will be given end-to-end project responsibilities and will report Market Insights Senior Manager, you are the go-to-person for brand research projects and data analysis.
Your Role
As an Intern your main responsibilities will involve:
- Managing quantitative and qualitative research with support of senior managers & internal stakeholders
- Analyzing existing research using statistical tools to uncover consumer insights
- Building easily digestible data visualizations to communicate insights and metrics
- Conducting simple in-house surveys, interpreting data and crafting presentations
- Feed content in to internal social media platform for the Insights team
