As part of our team in Geneva / Lausanne you will consult international companies regarding their internal audit, internal control or SOX functions in Switzerland and internationally. You will take on a variety of tasks

• Execution / Lead of internal audit/ control/ SOX projects in Switzerland and internationally.

• Support risk analyses and planning of internal audit/ control/ SOX programs.

• Analyze internal audit/ control/ SOX functions regarding actions and measures for development.

• Consulting of internal audit/ control/ SOX function transformations towards a State-of-the-Art internal audit function.

• Further development of the EY Internal Audit Services, especially regarding Internal Audit of the Future.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, industrial engineering or computer science with focus on Finance, Accounting or Controlling.

• Professional experience (e.g. internships) in the areas of Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Risk Management or Compliance is a plus.

• Critical thinking, data analytical skills and precise working methods, certifications as CIA, CISA, CRM or CFE are an advantage.

• Autonomy, flexibility and openness to new challenges.

• Committed team player with a good understanding of Risk and Internal Audit and a high sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French (German is an asset) and facing client experience.

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad.

• Good knowledge of the classical MS office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
