Your role

You will actively participate in the expansion of our Corporate Finance practice in Geneva. You will be taking an active role within the execution team of relevant M&A, Capital Markets and Valuation projects across industries. You will be involved in the full Corporate Advisory cycle: M&A, integration, restructuring services? Through performing market research, database analysis and preparation of potential pitch books, you will enhance our professional profile. And you will become a recognized Corporate Finance Advisory team member within the French speaking part of Switzerland.

? Master degree in accounting, finance or economics
? Excellent command in both French and English (German and Italian are also a plus)
? Well-developed communication skills
? You are able to work under tight timelines and have capacity for receptiveness and flexibility
? You have a frist experience in an investment bank or big 4 environment ( an asset)
? Team player
? Motivated to work in a demanding and rewarding working environment
