Market Insights is an essential part of Zurich's Group Marketing. The Market Insights team work very closely with local markets as well as other Group functions to develop Brand Marketing Strategies, Brand campaigns and support strategic projects around innovation and communication. Campaign performance management and Market Intelligence is at the core of our activation strategy; giving directional guidance to our brand strategy team and demonstrating through marketing effectiveness the impact of our marketing investments.
We are looking for a campaign performance intern. In this corporate center role the successful candidate will be given responsibility from the start. Reporting to the Senior Manager responsible for performance measurement, you are the go-to-person for individual campaign champions when dealing with campaign performance.
Your Role
As an Intern your main responsibilities will involve:
- Support campaign champions in setting up measurement frameworks (objective, metrics and target setting)
- Collecting, analysing, and reporting based on a wide variety of data sources to gain a holistic understanding of individual campaigns
- Develop stakeholder facing reports to present the data and insights in the most easily consumable way
- Liaise closely with campaign champions using the insights to make better business decisions
- Support marketing effectiveness modelling
- Support market intelligence analysis
- Performing all other job duties as assigned
- The preferred duration of the internship is minimum 6 months
