Your playing field
. Get to know our SPS business and understand what it means to pitch for deals, how to set up and transition a project, what comes into play when creating a cost model and how to organize a new deal from implementation to operations
. Dive into the detail for activities such as solution design focusing on the insurance and banking markets; artificial intelligence and robotic process automation; IT platforms; transformation of processes and optimization of processes etc. (3 x 3 month in the countries mentioned above)
. Collaborate with international colleagues on clients projects immediately following the base camp in Paris
. Bring in your own ideas and support the go-live of new deals
. Do not worry about your accommodation during the 12-month as SPS will take care of it

Your qualifications
. Enthusiastic about innovation, automation technologies and a desire to create and implement new services
. Successful completion of a higher education in Engineering, Natural Science, Business Economics, Information technology or Business Informatics (Bachelor or Master)
. Interest in entering an environment that drives transformation
. Self-starter mindset and a desire to work within multi-cultural environments
. Networking ability and an ability to communicate across various hierarchical levels
. Solid analytical skills
. Minimum of 3 month experience in another country other than your home country (e.g. work experience abroad)
. Professional language skills in English (C1 level), French and or German desirable
