• Support in delivering transformation projects at Finance organizations of banks or insurers, and focus on developing target operating models and tailored solutions for automation of clients? Finance processes; also provide measurable and sustainable improvements in the performance of their business
• Gain further professional project experience and contribute to an environment based on multi-disciplinary and international teams, by using consistent and proven global methodologies and tools
• Extend your technical and other skills with help of our vast knowledge base as well as through internal and external trainings

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance or equivalent, preferably with international study / internship experience
• 1 ? 2 year working experience either at an international Big 4 / consulting organization or in a global bank or insurance company within their Finance organization
• Implementation experience with Robotics Automation software (as Blue Prism, UiPath) is a significant plus
• English and German as prerequisite, French is a plus
• Capable and confident at engaging with colleagues and stakeholders and the ability to demonstrate initiative and a flexible working style within multi-national team
