In this role, you will work in a high-paced environment together with a team of leading global experts from North America, Europe and Asia Pacific to scale digital energy and sustainability services through the XMP. This is a special initiative with high-level exposure offering the chance to work with the global leadership team within Siemens? core Sustainability business division. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to make an impact and drive outcomes where digitalisation and sustainability converge.
Your new responsibilities
- Assume and own the role of the PMO and provide indispensable support to the project management team
- Develop a detailed project plan and timeline for the PoC across the entire digital workflow and approach phases
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product owners and QA testers, to ensure that project deliverables meet quality requirements
- Provide support to key team members of a cross-functional team consisting of digital developers, energy engineers, marketing and communications professionals, e.g., assist with the creation of a targeted digital customer journey
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports and other project-related artefacts
Your skills and experience
- You are currently working towards achieving a bachelor?s or master?s degree at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a technical field (industrial engineering etc.) with a strong understanding of the business side of technology
- You have experience or interest in working in an agile way and believe that collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement should lie at the heart of all activities
- You must have an interest and preferably experience in driving digital offerings and digital marketing
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy navigating within a multinational and intercultural environment. You are able to work independently, have outstanding learning skills and an ability to get up to speed quickly. You stand out in terms of creativity and being able to work under your own initiative
- English at a proficient level, German is a significant plus
