The Enterprise transformation Team in Transformation & Technology (T&T) is responsible for portfolio planning, process management and Enterprise Architecture Management in BU CH. As the number of projects and the team are growing, we are facing an increasing load of tasks in the area of Enterprise Architecture and general stakeholder management. We are looking for a self-motivated person to support the team of architects in their day-to-day operations, manage communication, community, websites onboarding of new team members and contributing to automation and optimization of processes in an agile environment.
What you will do
- You help preparing and running largescale meetings, Communication, and communities
- You support with team administration in Azure DevOps, Jira and other such tools
- You track and follow up on tasks and actions assigned to colleagues in Azure DevOps
- You participate in selected initiatives to track initiative to completion and to liaise with different internal stakeholders
- You assist in resource administration and account lifecycle / access management (user on-/offboarding)
- You automate repetitive tasks using Excel and PowerApps
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master student preferably in economics or business informatics
- Excellent English and German language written and verbal skills essential
- Affinity to IT / technology topics and strong MS Share point and MS Office 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira, okta, MyAccess is an advantage
- Self-driven, good communication and organization skills
