Your tasks- As part of our team, you will be directly involved in project work support as well as internal initiatives - and, at the same time, will be given the opportunity to develop your own ideas and solutions
- Assisting in planning, implementing and following-up presentations, workshops, and meetings
- With your good communication skills, you join in coordinating all process stakeholders
- You have the chance to immerse yourself in a wide variety of industrial processes and topics and familiarize yourself with our consulting methods
- We will strongly support you and provide you with valuable feedback to learn new skills and improve yourself
- You will be working in a diversified team, which is part of a global network
Your profile- You have at least completed a People & Organisation related study, e.g. Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, Business Economics etc.
- You are a creative person ready for a challenge and willing and able to learn a lot. You are eager for knowledge and ready to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice
- You are a well-organised team player and you have the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
- You are familiar with MS Office products (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook) additional experience in interactive software e.g. Mural is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills (English and German) and are able to share your knowledge and ideas in an efficient and effective way
