As part the Pursuit Center of Excellence team, the Creative Artworker supports the work of the Creative Lead and provides both design and artwork support requirements for the firm's sales and bid material for our largest and most strategic sales opportunities across our Consulting business. In this entry level position you will be working together with the Pursuit Coach, Pursuit Lead, Pursuit Writer, and Senior Designers to develop compelling and differentiated sales material, ensuring the highest quality and impact where our clients need it most. 

This opportunity requires occasional travel to Zurich (approximately 20-30%).

How you can make an impact

• Design: layout, and visualization of a wide range of sales collateral, e.g., PowerPoint/Word/InDesign documents, interactive website elements, infographics, graphs, and diagrams
• On brand: creative yet consistent on-brand look that supports the bid messaging corporate brand
• Competent: attention to detail art working of large documents, through to more straight-forward documentation and amendments in conjunction with the above
• Expedient: delivering outstanding and consistent work to tight timescales within the corporate brand 
• Experience: deep knowledge in designing for PowerPoint / Word is essential
• Culture: working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture

Who we are looking for

• Competent in art-working and design skills ? we are looking for someone wanting to demonstrate their creative skills and abilities, working in an integrated design role
• Team player with the ability to put ideas forward and to create something fresh and engaging
• Competency to thrive in a highly productive environment and adaption to both highly creative and challenging tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail: prioritising within a fast-paced, busy creative environment, maintaining composure and flexibility
• Highly proactive, self-starter, hands-on mentality, coupled with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are essential
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
• Proficiency (spoken and written) in English, additional languages are a welcome plus
