As a Business Analyst you will be a member of the Group Risk Transformation and Operations Team and help plan design business requirements for global initiatives within Group Risk Management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to put your hands-on approach on strategic, multi-year projects. Furthermore, you will take part to tactical changes where you can collaborate with experienced accomplished business professionals and deliver real value to users from the entire group.
What you will do
- Work with a wide diverse group of Risk Management stakeholders
- Utilise your influencing skills to ensure that needs are elicited and an end-to-end view of the impact of the change is clear
- Connect the dots and close the gaps between the various needs of stakeholders
- Configure the solution as well as defining the changes in conjunction with the business
- Define data quality checks for Risk Framework processes to improve the data quality
- Assist in resolving business and IT issues using systems and data
- Consolidate and formalize operational tasks for our Business Support to better serve our customers
- Provide input and prepare the Solution Design document(s), understand customers' objectives, processes, and products to make recommendations to solve the problem
- Participate in application testing, implementation, and training activities
What you bring
- An effective team working ethic & a willingness to connect with colleagues in person, as well as electronically
- Basic programming knowledge to support solution configuration (e.g., HTML, Java, or SQL)
- Knowledge of report writing & dashboard creation to support data analysis
- Ability to present data in graphical, tabular and text form to a variety of end users, from non-technical to very technical
- Knowledge or experience in working in an agile environment
- Knowledge of Service management concepts & solutions (JIRA etc)
- Analytical mind-set, detail oriented, with a strong commitment to quality
- A desire to bring clear solutions to business opportunities
- Preferred minimum education of a bachelor?s degree
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
