Your tasks- Leveraging your audit background, you will support and lead audit teams in their digitalization journey such as brainstorming ideas, prioritizing which tools to build, troubleshooting issues, applying best practices, and communicating successes internally and externally.
- You will raise awareness of and encourage adoption of recent technology and tools in audit practice, this includes understanding and supporting our approach to Technology-Enabled Audit tools and directing audit teams to the right tool for the right problem.
- You will deliver training/workshops to support others in their digital upskilling and digital enablement.
- You will create solutions to automate time-consuming and/or data-related audit tasks using workflow creation software and data visualizations for storytelling or insight-gathering.
- You will support the review of Alteryx and Power BI assets to be shared with other internal teams.
- You will support ad hoc projects to advance our digital enablement, adoption, and tool development. ?
Your profile- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics or a similar degree and are interested to complete a CISA certification.
- You have 1-4 years of experience in external audit.
- You are familiar with Change Management to drive a firm through Digital Transformation.
- You are interested in modern technologies (e.g., RPA (Robot Process Automation).) and have hands-on experience with data wrangling and visualization tools especially Alteryx and Power BI/ Power Platform.
- You have strong presentation skills.
- You are passionate about using digital tools to improve current processes.
- You have an innovative mindset to drive the right business outcomes.
- You are fluent in English - German or French are a plus.
