In the context of the recent transformation, there are several initiatives within Clinical Operations to ensure alignment and efficiencies of processes and ways of working utilizing the agile principles bearing in mind the regulated environment our organization operates within.
The position is funded for 12 months.
In this position, you will:
Support the Project Management of the alignment initiatives following agile principles. Initiative should follow agiles principles and outputs should also have the agile concepts as a foundation,
Support the establishment of an agile and central activity tracking and management structures.
Drive communication plan for the alignment project, proposing innovative strategies to ensure synergies between the working groups are being leveraged and dependencies are considered and stakeholders informed.
Who you are:
You are an ambitious MBA student who is enthusiastic about understanding agile concepts and how this can be applied in a regulated environment. You are currently enrolled in an MBA (or similar) program.
