We at Roche Diagnostics knowledge provide a new way for the creation and maintenance of service and support knowledge to provide an outstanding user experience for our stakeholders in the service organisations worldwide. We strive for simplicity and effectiveness in our ways of working.

In this position
You will be working on a project to extract, migrate and harmonize Alarm/Error code data.
In the first step you will actively create error code lists from source files and bring these data into a defined template.
The source files have various structures based on the design of our diverse portfolio coming from several different manufacturers. For some products this requires coding skills.
You will also work closely together with the stakeholder, explaining the template structure for the error codes and defining the input together with them.
The long-term vision is to develop a user interface, where the stakeholders can directly import their error codes into the database, and the pre-work of this internship should build a solid basis.
Main tasks are
Defining regular expression for creation of UI code & synonymes, or Excel formulas
Extracting data from various sources, including HTML files, txt files, pdf files etc
Copy/paste and data harmonization
Who you are
You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated, preferably with a bachelor or master in a related field.
Moreover,
You have excellent spoken and written command of English.
You are a fast learner who is proactive and dynamic.
You are a committed, reliable, and independent team player.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
