Integrated Healthcare Services is part of the Roche Healthcare Consulting Chapter. Our mission is to work with Hospitals around the world, enabling them to improve the capacity and quality of care. We help them optimize clinical pathways by leveraging and embedding advanced digital and technical products and solutions. We combine strong analytical rigor with a highly collaborative and consultative approach to deliver sustainable healthcare systems.
In this position, you will
Support multiple initiatives with Health care providers around the world
Learn key methodologies and approaches required to improve operational performance and clinical care
Engage with clinicians, Doctors, Nurses, Surgeons, and Oncologists to understand the challenges and work with them to find the right solutions
Be part of a highly collaborative multidisciplinary focused on building the healthcare of the future
Who you are
You are an ambitious and highly intuitive student currently enrolled in a Healthcare and/or life sciences degree program or in a gap year between degrees. Your degree ideally has a strong focus on healthcare provision, hospital operations as well as commercial and data analytical disciplines.
Moreover, you are
Very interested in Health Equity and knowledgeable in subjects such as population health and Health Economics
Skilled in data analytics and evidence generation
Clinical knowledge in Oncology is advantageous
A person who works systematically and precisely and brings a high level of initiative as well as a dedicated attitude
A proactive and transparent team worker with excellent project and communication skills
Proficient in English, Spanish, and at least one other language
