Within Global Customer Support (GCS), our team delivers user and service documentation for Roche diagnostic analyzers and software. This includes a wide range of printed and electronic documents.
The Position
We are looking for a project management intern to support and manage documentation projects. You will ensure content delivery by enabling teams, managing stakeholders, and establishing timelines.
During the internship your responsibilities will include:
Supporting matrix teams and managing international user and service documentation projects for Roche Diagnostics Solutions
Performing documentation project management activities, including project scope, quality, timeline, risk, budget and stakeholder management, by using established tools to create project deliverables
Contributing to user documentation strategies which ensure customer centric approach

To be successful in this role you bring the following:
You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months). Preferably your studies have focused on project management, business administration, or equivalent
You have excellent spoken and written command of English. German and Spanish are a plus
You are comfortable interacting and communicating with stakeholders at different levels
You thrive in complex situations and are able to radically simplify them
You have strong negotiation skills and can professionally defend the interests of your projects
You are motivated to build, manage and foster relationships and networks
You are driven to innovate and often challenge the status quo with new ways of working that increase efficiency and add greater value
Preferably, you are familiar with content management systems.
Start date: As soon as possible
Workload: 100% (40 hours/week)
Duration: 12 months
