The Position
With our team we are responsible for the further development of the site, for investment projects and the site strategy.
For our agile networks, where we work in multidisciplinary teams on topics like mobility, site innovation or diversity & inclusion, we are looking for a motivated intern.
You are at the frontline of working in the Agile world as a Scrum Master, Network Coach or simply squad Member in an exciting topic.

Your main tasks would include:
Supports and coordinates agile leadership together network coaches
learn more about agile methodologies and use them directly in practice
Helping to shape the development of the agile organization
Promotes the opportunities within his/her network/squads.
Facilitates ceremonies as requested or needed
Tracks and improves squad performance in the areas of quality, predictability and velocity
Coordination and organization of subproject tasks and administrative processes
Facilitates the Cycle events and processes and assists the Squads in delivering value
Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:
?You are an open, flexible and team-oriented person
Bachelor or Master in a relevant field of study (business administration, innovation, business informatics, engineering etc.)
Methodical knowledge, optimally first experiences, with modern innovation methods (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Scrum, Agile... etc.)?
Organizational talent, initiative and sense of responsibility
You speak and write well in English (German is an advantage)
