Your department and team:
As the Project & Lifecycle Governance Team in Diagnostics Global Customer Support, we guide and support our stakeholders throughout the entire product development cycle, with the goal of ensuring exceptional results for Roche customers. The variety of services we offer encompasses tools, methodologies and consultancy, and reaches from project & portfolio management over reporting and service requirements management to service launch coordination, and others.
Project 1:
Most of our services are presented in dedicated Google Sites containing a multitude of information and media. To facilitate navigation and effectively promote our services within the organization, we would like to harmonize the structure and presentation of the content of all our sites in a user-centric way, based on our different user target groups.
Project 2:
With project management being one of our core competencies, we continuously look for ways and tools to optimize our processes and support our stakeholders more efficiently. In this, automation of recurring tasks and smart methods of displaying information, like dashboards, play a more and more important role. We would therefore like to further explore suitable features of our project management tool, Smartsheet, and establish some best practices.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Project 1:
You analyze the current state of all available content and design an enhanced, target group-oriented concept for our intranet presence together with the various content owners
You implement the agreed concept and ensure the new Google Sites are reviewed and published
Project 2:
Your Profile
You will be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree program in March to May 2022, ideally in the field of marketing, economics, business informatics, or similar
You have a demonstrated proficiency in English (written and spoken) (German language skills are optional)
You have a natural affinity with IT (no programming skills required)
Ideally, you are experienced in the design and creation of user-centric web pages
Ideally, you are experienced in project planning tools, e.g., Smartsheet or MS Project
You enjoy exploring new topics proactively and like to self-organize
You enjoy collaborating with international colleagues in a global team
