The IT department within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and Plano/Tulsa (USA). What does the role involve?

The up to 24-month CIO-Office & Global IT Management Program is designed to accelerate your career from day one. Thanks to its phased approach, the program allows you to craft your future career aspirations and embark on the best-possible career path.

In phase 1, you will get to know Global IT as a strategic assistant to our Chief Information Officer and will be assigned to several projects of relevance. The goal is to gain a broad understanding of Global IT and work on ambitious targets. In phase 2, you will lead your own high-impact project to gain practical management experience and extensive visibility. Appropriate training and management support will help you to complete the project with rewarding results. Phase 3 will take you to one of our strategic IT offices abroad where you will work in close collaboration with the local colleagues and management teams. You will learn new skills, broaden your network, and gain new perspectives.
Overall, the program will let you explore IT, push you out of your comfort zone and help you grow. This program is designed to prepare you for a seamless transfer into your next role in Global IT that matches your interests and skills.

What you need is:

• Above-average degree (Master or PhD) in Information Systems, Business Administration, or in a related field

• A thirst to learn and challenge yourself
