About P&C Technology:
In the People Insights & Technology Chapter, the People & Culture (P&C) Technology Area of Practice (AoP) provides expertise, partnership and product ownership of our enabling technology with the vision of creating a seamless digital P&C experience to unlock greatness in our people and our organisation. AoP members work across the Roche enterprise to enable execution and achievement of the 10 Year Ambitions.
In this position you will work with:
Product Managers in translating customer and business needs into large enterprise product solutions (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, etc)
Adoption & Change Managers in enabling the organization to adopt changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology implemented based on the P&C Technology Strategy

What do you need in your toolbox?
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master?s degree within informatics, business, psychology, social sciences, education or related fields and are available to intern for at least 6-12 months
- Tech affinity and good skills in creating engaging, pragmatic content
- You enjoy working with people in a global team environment and you easily show proactive engagement with people
- A profound understanding of agile software development methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban is a plus
- You are an enthusiast of new technologies, driven and eager to learn
- You are familiar with Google Suite, Camtasia, or similar tools
- Fluent in English is a must
