Intern in Marketing (Cardiometabolic)
This position is focused on developing content for internal and external communication as well as supporting the Core Lab Cardiometabolic International Business Team (IBT) with administrative tasks.
Main tasks:
Meeting organization - set up, run, report and follow up of IBT meetings
Ownership of Intranet page - developing format and content
Manage online collaboration platforms - including G+ and SharePoint
Act as editor and distributor for Quarterly Newsletter
Assistance with the production of sales and marketing materials
Storyboarding of informational and promotional material
Setting up (and following up on) contracts with external collaborators
Quality assurance of PowerPoint presentations, editorial format checks
To be successful in this role (you have to):
You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in the field of Marketing & Communications or in a scientific field
You have high interest in communications and science-related content
Analytical skills, systematic way of working, accuracy and strong team spirit and high social competencies are important
Advanced skills working with Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Google Tools, preferable Photoshop and designer tool skills
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English. German or any other additional languages are an asset
High sense of responsibility and integrity
