Executive Assistant, Zurich Global Ventures (Maternity Cover contract February - September) 80%-100%

We?re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team to provide important support to the CFO, as well as Principals, such as complex end to end administrative processes, calendar management, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.

What you will do
 
As the Executive Assistant you will:

  • Partner with the CEO Executive Assistant to manage the executive?s calendar to ensure relevancy of meetings with respect to strategy and current issues
  • Provide meeting support including coordinating operational aspects of the Executive Leadership Meetings and weekly calls (e.g. managing agendas, taking notes and following up actions coming out of them, designing and developing appropriate material/slide-ware (talking points, briefing, etc) at regular and ad-hoc meetings, seminars, public events, etc.) and participating in meetings on the executive?s behalf and providing summaries and observations for consideration 
  • Potentially partner with Corporate Communications, Strategy and Operational Planning and Distribution to help develop and monitor quality of internal and external communications of the executive (e.g., communications to employees, messages to the Group Executive Committee, messages to external audiences)
  • Support the flow of information from the executive to the management team and other interested stakeholders
  • Coordinate accounts payable and ongoing monitoring of expense reports

What you will bring
 
As the Executive Assistant for Global Ventures CFO your skills and qualifications will include:
 

  • Previous experience (5+ years? experience) in a team assistant or executive assistant role supporting senior stakeholders
  • A customer focused mindset and be outcome driven
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities 
  • Proficient level of experience
  • Being proactive in managing workflows in advance and delivering information when required
