Your tasks- You will support project managers primarily in the regulatory and data transformation field with the option of working on other related areas in financial services consulting.
- You will support our financial services clients in their regulatory change transformation.
- You will support our clients process design, project management and operating model for regulatory programs.
- You will support to drive activities in managing current and future regulations and supporting in the implementation and roleout
- You will work with stakeholders across all business functions, including technology partners, to communicate the impact of new regulation.
- You will deepen your expertise and grow through tailored trainings and access to learning and development
Your profile- You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferably in business, IT, engineering or digital discipline and 1-4 years of work experience.
- You have gained work experience in consulting and/or you bring relevant industry experience in Financial Services.
- Analytical thinking, high customer orientation and a high motivation to work in a young and dynamic team are your distinguishing characteristics.
- You have experience in data management, data governance, data strategy topics or data migration.
- knowledge in applications and tools is a plus (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, data analytics tools such as Alteryx etc.) and a profound understanding of related business processes playing a leading role in a large transformation program ideally combined with agile/SAFe experience.
- Experience in Cloud is a plus
- You are able to connect Data Management with compliance and regulatory requirements
- You are fluent in English and/or German (both spoken and written). French is a plus?.
- Your work location will be in Zurich however you are open to travels in Switzerland and/or abroad
