How you can make an impact

• We offer you an exciting internship in which you get to know the HR department of an international company. You have the opportunity to gain insights into different teams and thus to get a holistic picture of our HR activities.
• You will support us administrational and co-ordinational task for projects, process improvements and operational daily work (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development etc.) Key intent is to support our team in order to enable service quality for our stakeholders
• You will be involved in data collection and data preparation for your team
• You will have the opportunity to take part in various meetings, career fairs and many other HR events.

Who we are looking for 

•  You have a commercial training (KV, commercial school, HMS) or FH / university degree
•  You enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders, are communicative, resilient   and have a flexible personality
•  You like working organized and structured and have a good user knowledge of MS Office
•  You have a very good knowledge of German and English
