The opportunity
We are looking for a collaborative and highly-motivated Strategic Insights Intern 100% to further strengthen our team in Zurich for at least 6 months starting in November 2021 or upon agreement. Our fast-growing team develops thought leadership and supports clients by providing trusted strategic advice in the areas of growth, innovation, and technology within the financial services industry.  

Your Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze complex business problems by performing primary and secondary research
• Communicate and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders
• Build-up deep knowledge on the financial services industry as well as adjacent ecosystems and conduct strategic growth analyses for client meetings and workshops
• Support us to develop cutting-edge thought leadership by connecting trends and innovations with emerging business models

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor or Master student in Business, Economics or related subject with a very good academic track record
• Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Strong entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
• Crisp and effective communication style, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent command of English, fluency in German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
• Prior experience in management consulting or similar areas is a plus
