Our IT Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial technology industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank?s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world IT challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.
Start date: different start dates possible
Duration: 4-6 months
Academic requirements: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor?s degree or currently enrolled in a master?s degree from a university or university of applied sciences
Your field of responsibility
You will support the integration of open-source decision management software and support the evaluation of process management software for cloud and virtual environments. Technologies like Java, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Quarkus and concepts like continuous integration and continuous deployment will be the founding pillars for this work.
Your future colleagues
We are a team that provides business automations services and consulting to the entire organization; we have employees in Switzerland, Poland, India and the US. You will work in a diverse scrum team with development, engineering and consulting backgrounds.
Your qualifications and skills
You are interested in business automations software and cloud technologies and
- You possess development skills in Linux/Shell, JEE, Web Applications (Angular JS, JSF).
- You are familiar with technologies like Openshift, Kubernetes and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of rule languages such as DMN and / or DRL would be an advantage
- Open-minded team player with the ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
