Matterhorn Biosciences is looking for a Scientist in Cellular Immunology

Ridgeline Discovery is currently supporting Matterhorn Biosciences, a biotech company leader in developing a new class of MR1-directed TCRs for cancer cell therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support cellular immunology studies with human T cells for adoptive cancer cell therapy
• Develop in vitro assays to profile antigen specificities of MR1T cells
• Characterize anti-tumor mechanisms of MR1T cells
• Collaborate with experts in mass-spectrometry of small molecules, biochemistry, and molecular biology

• PhD in Immunology or Life Sciences
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in cellular immunology, multi-parametric flow-cytometry, studies with T cell clones
• Experience in Pharma, Biotech or equivalent is of advantage
• Experience in cancer immunology is of advantage
• Ability to work independently and to participate in cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and organize and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across a variety of audiences including team members and cross-functional project teams
