Do you want to get a head start in your career? Join our team of highly motivated, innovative and international actuarial insurance experts. You will collaborate with KPMG teams in Switzerland and around the globe and support a number of local and international clients.

Your contribution to KPMG

Solve complex problems for insurance and reinsurance clients
Support with regulatory audits for insurance companies according to different national and/or international accounting standards (e.g. OR, IFRS, US GAAP)
Support clients with the actuarial aspects of finance transformation programs
Automate current processes, develop new solutions in order to analyze, evaluate and visualize actuarial data in R, Python or Tableau
Undertake independent reserve reviews, pricing exercises and due diligence projects
Advise clients on risk and capital issues including Swiss Solvency Test and Solvency II

Dein Profil, um gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen

University degree in actuarial science, economics, physics, data science, statistics, finance or mathematics
Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
First experience within actuarial science or actuarial internship would be a strong plus
Willingness to acquire a professional actuarial or risk management qualification (SAV/FIA/CAS or equivalent)
Strong IT skills: especially in MS Office and at least good knowledge of one programming language (e.g. Python, R, C#)
Knowledge of visualization dashboards such as Tableau, Qlik or PowerBI is a plus
Proficient in German and English
